JD pls. Share the detailed one. We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer cum UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and transforming those designs into fully functional, responsive web applications. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience and maintain high design standards. Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality between the frontend and backend systems. Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. Write reusable, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Debug and troubleshoot issues across various platforms and devices. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies. UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate the flow and functionality of new features or products. Design user-friendly interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives, ensuring intuitive navigation and interaction. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure design consistency across all platforms. Work closely with the product and development teams to validate designs, refine ideas, and iterate based on feedback. Ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively in the final product. Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Certifications in UI/UX design, frontend development, or related technologies are a plus.
