About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Designer to join our dynamic team at Recro. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our enterprise software products, particularly at the intersection of B2B platforms and AI-driven interfaces. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the design strategy and lead a talented team of designers while remaining deeply involved in the hands-on creation of impactful user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop intuitive, innovative solutions that address complex workflows in the BFSI sector and beyond. Your expertise will help us set new standards in enterprise UI/UX design and scale our design capabilities to meet ambitious growth objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in enterprise and B2B software development. Prior experience working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is essential, especially in designing for complex workflows and regulatory environments. Demonstrated expertise in designing AI-based interfaces, copilots, or intelligent automation features is highly desirable. A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to balance usability, business impact, and technical constraints is required. You should have proven experience in building and scaling design teams and processes, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, industry best practices, and emerging trends in AI and enterprise software will be critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy and execution across Recro's enterprise products, with a focus on AI-driven interfaces, copilots, and process efficiency tools that enhance user productivity and engagement.
- Define, develop, and scale the overall design function, establishing processes, standards, and best practices that promote consistency and high-quality output.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, develop customer journey maps, and translate insights into innovative design solutions for complex workflows and enterprise scenarios.
- Create clean, elegant, and user-friendly UI/UX designs that address the unique challenges of enterprise environments while maintaining a focus on simplicity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to embed design thinking throughout the product lifecycle, from initial strategy to final delivery.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and excellence, while remaining actively involved in critical design projects.
