UX / UI Designer

As a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer/Lead with 10-12 years of experience, your role involves direct stakeholder engagement, taking ownership of design tasks, and collaborating within a fast-paced environment. Your technical expertise in Figma, Design System, and ability to adapt to evolving situations while balancing team collaboration and individual contribution with a positive and professional attitude are crucial. Your qualifications should include a degree in B.Des/M.Des/MFA Degree or an equivalent qualification, along with a detailed UX artifacts portfolio displayed online. Knowledge in Product Design, Design Thinking, Usability, and Visual Design Principles is essential. Experience in team management, mentoring, and exceptional communication and presentation skills are also required. In your day-to-day activities, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present designs, and ensure alignment with business goals. Leading design reviews, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using advanced Figma skills, working closely with other designers and developers, and developing innovative solutions to complex design challenges while adhering to user-centered design principles are part of your responsibilities.
