Description:

UX Researcher

Responsibilities:

Conduct
quantitative and qualitative research
(e.g., usability testing, field studies, user interviews, surveys).
Analyze and interpret research data using statistical methods.
Deliver actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with global teams across various product development stages.
Continuously enhance research methodologies and processes.

Requirements:

5+ years
of experience in UX research or a similar role.
Solid understanding of
user-centered design principles
.
Experience with
SurveyMonkey
or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication in
English
.
Strong
collaboration skills
in multicultural environments.
Workshop facilitation
experience.
Familiarity with
analytics tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, DataDog).
