UX Researcher Intern

As a UX Researcher intern at our company located in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Kumbakonam, you'll have the opportunity to delve into user behavior, identify pain points, and contribute to enhancing our ecommerce platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct various user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights on user behavior and pain points. - Analyze research findings to identify key themes, patterns, and make recommendations for design improvements. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering to integrate research insights into design solutions effectively. - Develop and maintain research plans, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. - Experience with user research methods like user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or data analysis. - Knowledge of front-end development principles such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and WCAG standards.
