UX Researcher Intern

We are looking for highly motivated UX Researcher interns to join our team in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Kumbakonam. As a UX Researcher intern, you will have a crucial role in comprehending user behavior, recognizing pain points, and guiding design decisions to elevate our ecommerce platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research through methods like user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to acquire insights on user behavior and pain points. You will be expected to analyze research findings, identify key themes, patterns, and provide recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and engineering will be essential to integrate research insights into design solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining research plans, reports, and presentations. The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Experience with user research methods like user interviews, surveys, and usability testing is required. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are highly valued. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is optional but beneficial. It would be desirable for candidates to have experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or data analysis. Knowledge of front-end development principles such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and WCAG standards will be advantageous. The internship details are as follows: - Duration: 6 months - Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, or Kumbakonam (onsite) - Stipend: - Position 1: 3000 per month - Position 2: 6000 per month - Position 3: 6000 per month - No assurance of a permanent position after the internship.
