Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of UX/UI designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development support. Drive the UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Oversee the creation and maintenance of UX documentation, such as personas, user journeys, and wireframes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our product design strategy. Advocate for the user throughout the product development process. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Manager, leading a team of designers in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc. Experience with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s degree preferred). Portfolio of previous design projects demonstrating your UX/UI expertise.
