Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for our payment products. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and seamless payment experiences that meet the needs of our users. Purpose You will lead and coordinate the User Experience Design activities by collaborating with all UX internal and external actors. Key Responsibilities Accountabilities UX Strategy - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the design solutions are feasible, effective, and aligned with business and product vision. - Contributes to defining the User Experience Strategy of a product or service by understanding the business context, product strategy, customer values and brand vision. Page 3 of 4 outpayce.com 2023 Amadeus IT Group and its affiliates and subsidiaries - Influence, via UX, the scope and direction of a product or service to generate value and impact on the market. - Foster innovation by initiating brainstorming sessions, implementing processes and methodologies around innovation, and working with transversal innovation teams. UX Design Delivery - Responsible for organizing and facilitating design sessions and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders such as product managers, customers, subject matter experts, frontend developers and end users. - Create user-centered design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design solutions and facilitate stakeholder feedback. - Maintain design consistency across all travel payment products and ensure design standards are followed. - Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets design specifications and usability standards. - Lead at internal and external specialized conferences and events to show good exposure and visibility. - Educate about User Experience inside and outside the company. - Develop UX processes, methods, tools and frameworks. - Recommends processes, product and service improvements based on understanding and anticipating internal and external business challenges. - Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that broadly impact the business. UX Research With the support of the ResearchOps expert, define, conduct and analyze user research (exploratory or evaluative) Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine design solutions. Based on research findings, generate together personas and experience maps (empathy maps, customer journey, a day in a life of, etc.) with target users and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate Education Qualifications: Master in Ergonomics/Psychology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent 7-10 years of experience in UX design and payment product experience will be preferred. Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in UX research is a plus. You enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced team environment; you are bold and comfortable sharing ideas. You are a natural problem solver with creativity and good communication. You have excellent project management and organizational skills and can work collaboratively, productively, and independently. A portfolio showcasing your work is expected. Optional Qualifications: Experience in designing payment products for mobile platforms.
