Job Description

Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations
Create user personas to guide design decisions and ensure user-centered design
Determine information architecture to organize and structure content in a logical and intuitive manner
Create user flows and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts
Develop prototypes to test and refine design concepts
Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions Expertise in leveraging multiple component libraries such as PrimeNG Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines Strong understanding of front-end development principles and how they impact UX design
