UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled and user-obsessed UX Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences. You will play a critical role in shaping the design and usability of our digital products, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to solve real user problems through design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand pain points, motivations, and behaviors.
• Translate findings into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides for scalable UX/UI consistency.
• Iterate based on user feedback, usability testing, and product performance data.
• Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UX/UI design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end collaboration (basic understanding).
• Good grasp of UX writing, microcopy, and information architecture.
• Strong communication skills – able to present and defend design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience in agile product teams or startup environments.
• Exposure to usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.).
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.
