UX Designer

• Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights
• Analyze feedback and market trends, develop clear user flows and sitemaps, create low- to highfidelity wireframes, build interactive prototypes to illustrate interactions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible implementation, maintain consistent branding and
  design standards
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders, use analytics to make data-driven decisions,
  monitor KPIs like conversion and cart abandonment rates

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or
  equivalent work experience).

Experience

• 2 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or
  retail websites.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design for various devices.

• User-centric mindset:

  Demonstrable track record of applying user-centered design
  methodologies.

• Analytical Abilities:

  Capable of interpreting analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) for
  data-driven decisions.

• Collaboration & Communication:
