We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that deliver a seamless and engaging experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user behavior. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions. Create intuitive user interfaces and design experiences that enhance user engagement. Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction models. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products. Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement. Iterate designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and technical constraints. Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Technical Skills Required: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methods, and design thinking. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 5-8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience designing for both web and mobile applications. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
