You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Key Responsibilities Understand product specifications and user psychology. Conduct user research and survey on design trends and usability to gain into user needs, while following the design thinking approach. Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that are built on research as the foundation and adhere to brand guidelines. Create high-quality icons, buttons, images, and graphical assets to enhance the overall UI. Ensure responsive design principles are applied to deliver a seamless experience across devices and screen sizes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate design concepts into functional products. Act as a user advocate, championing user-centred design principles and ensuring that design decisions align with user needs. Embrace an iterative design process, continually refining and improving designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and project requirements. Creating personas, user journeys, and prototypes to showcase how the final product will look like. Requirements and Skills Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or other UI/UX design software Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Problem-solving aptitude.
