Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 6 to 25 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX Assessment and Design Thinking, with the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality user experiences through effective design thinking and assessment.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Axure/Balsamiq or OmniGraffle.
Conduct card sorting, heuristics evaluation, and other usability testing methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop solutions.
Design information architecture, web and mobile interfaces, and tablet designs.
Develop and maintain design documentation and standards.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and experience.
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems is a plus.
