Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX research, user testing, and data-driven design decisions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.Create and maintain design systems for consistency across products.Advocate for best UX practices and mentor junior designers.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools.Requirements:5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and design thinking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise applications.Background in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
