UX Designer

About the Role

We’re seeking a UX Designer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting intuitive and seamless user experiences, conducting user research, and transforming complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices for consistency.

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the product experience.

• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and methodologies to bring innovation to the team.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a UX Designer in a digital/tech/product/design agency.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

• Understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to balance business needs with user experience.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
