Goals:

• Work closely with all areas of digital and internal clients to deliver accurate, clear and concise microcopy that, responds to the brief, adheres to the Digital Tone of Voice Guidelines, maximises the chance of online conversion & maximises the SEO opportunity.
• Work closely with UX Designers and Visual Designers to create effective copy which advocates for the needs of the customer.
• Work closely with developers for shoulder-checks.
• Comfortable presenting and justifying your work.
• Attend all required briefing sessions with other areas of the business.
• Keep up to date with news for business products and services, and digital trends.
• Adhere to Axis policies and procedures as introduced and varied from time to time.

Skills Set:

• Minimum 1+ years experience in a Digital Content Creation role.
• Demonstrated ability to craft strong editorial, informational copy, with solid experience in digital execution.
• Demonstrated ability to craft UX copy for our online product journey.
• Demonstrated ability to craft digital content for conversion rate optimisation and A/B tests.
• Demonstrated ability to craft digital content for search engine optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to sub-edit, shoulder-check and QA content.
• Demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights from digital data.
• Demonstrated experience in justifying copy decisions.
• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment and comfortable attending agile rituals.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and how content contributes to an optimised digital environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Experience distilling complex ideas and explaining them clearly in customer-facing copy.
• Experience with interpreting a brief.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deal with issues and deliver relevant solutions, managing a wide range of stakeholders while still ensuring the best outcome for digital.
• Creative, flexible and energetic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks at any one time.
