Job Description

About the Role:

UX and Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design

Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Facilitate usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.

Visual Design

Develop and maintain consistent visual design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines.
Produce high-fidelity mockups, UI elements, and animations that align with the brand identity.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling visual content.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design vision is executed effectively.
Present and justify design decisions and prototypes to internal teams and leadership.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle..

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Background in designing for mobile-first or multi-platform products.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Experience with motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Principle).
Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
