Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors. Develop and maintain information architecture diagrams, sitemaps, and user flows Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and Axure RP to visualize and test design concepts Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards Define and document interaction patterns and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals. Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across all products Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, component libraries, and design specifications. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
