Role Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Build a complete

  design system from scratch

  (components, color variables, typography variables, spacing variables, grid systems).
• Define UI standards, scalability rules, and reusable component structures.
• Create high-quality Figma libraries using

  variables

  , auto-layout, and component variants.
• Establish UI guidelines and documentation for developers.
• Ensure design system follows

  WCAG accessibility standards

  .
• Support developers with smooth design-to-code handoff and maintain design consistency.
• Design initial core product screens using the system (once foundation is ready).
• Implement AI-based UX thinking in future design flows.
  

Experience & Requirements

• 1 - 2 years

  of UI/UX design experience.
• Must have built or contributed to a

  design system for a real product or startup

  .
• Must submit at least

  2 case studies

  focused on systems / UI scalability.
• Experience working in early-stage or system-building products preferred.
  

Core Skills Required

• Very strong expertise in Figma

  (design systems, component libraries,

  variables

  , auto-layout, variants).
• Solid knowledge of

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of design systems, UI architecture, and layout engineering.
• Practical knowledge of

  WCAG accessibility

• Hands-on experience in

  AI + UX concepts

  is a plus.
• Strong grasp of scalable mobile-first & responsive design.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 per annum (based on experience and skill level)
