What Were Looking For: Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, wireframes, mock-ups, and final outputs. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other wireframing tools like Miro, Sketch, Balsamiq. Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design. Good understanding of mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and responsive UI patterns. Strong command over design systems, typography, grids, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. Strong collaboration skills to work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and functional interfaces. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs. Lead or contribute to user research, persona creation, and usability analysis. Participate in product discussions and own the user journey across platforms. Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is implemented accurately. Maintain consistency through reusable components and design guidelines. Identify and resolve UX bottlenecks through data insights and feedback loops. Continuously improve the UI/UX based on testing, feedback, and analytics.
