Job Description

Requirement Analysis & Collaboration * Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and developers to understand new feature requirements and user needs. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and Agile ceremonies to align design solutions with business goals. User Research & Insights * Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface. * Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping * Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize new interfaces. * Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user testing. Visual & Interaction Design * Design clean, modern, and responsive UI components aligned with the companys design system. * Ensure consistent branding, typography, color schemes, and accessibility standards in all designs. Collaboration with Development Teams * Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. * Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines for development handoff. Iterative Design & Feedback Integration * Gather and analyze feedback from usability tests and stakeholders to refine designs. * Iterate on designs based on performance metrics and user feedback. Documentation & Design System Contribution * Maintain design documentation for new interfaces to ensure consistency across products. * Contribute to or enhance the existing design system to support scalability and reusability Tools: Figma for Design; Azure DevOps for tracking; Visual Studio / Code for Integration; CSS3; Knowledge in JSRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
