Uv Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UV Machine Operator to manage and operate UV printing or coating machines. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality output, machine efficiency, and maintenance of safety standards throughout production.

• Set up, operate, and monitor UV printing according to job specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, ink/varnish flow, curing, and quality output.
• Perform regular quality checks during production to maintain standards.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to correct issues such as print defects, alignment errors, or coating irregularities.
• Load and unload materials (papers, boards, or substrates) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean the UV machine and related equipment daily.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Record production data, downtime, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
• Report any mechanical or technical issues promptly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
