Job Description

Role Overview: You are required to have a minimum of 12 years of experience in either Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM), or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) with experience in end-to-end implementations. You should have a proven track record with lead roles in CIS implementation engagements, having at least 4 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team, preparing project progress reports, tracking project progress, organizing sprints, engaging with client leadership, and stakeholders across different geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team in Oracle Utilities implementation projects - Engage with client leadership and stakeholders to drive project solutions - Understand business requirements, provide solutions for different business processes, and recommend future innovative solutions - Possess strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience and excellent communication skills - Have knowledge of de-regulated and regulated market environments, meter to cash process, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) - Knowledge of other utility products built on OUAF platform is a plus - In-depth understanding of OUAF, Database structure, and technical knowledge is advantageous - Possess PMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certificate and Oracle Utilities Certifications Qualifications Required: - Full Time Graduation Additional Details: Not available in the provided Job Description.,
