Job Description

As a Utility Bill New Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs. You should excel in the email and chat process with good typing skills. Your tasks will involve recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests based on the defined scope of support.
