Job Description:
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the utilities domain, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions that drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities Business requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business processes in the utilities sector.
Functional consulting: Provide domain expertise and functional guidance for utility applications and digital platforms. Solution design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
Stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Testing & validation: Support UAT, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Continuous improvement: Recommend process enhancements and digital solutions to optimize utility operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Utilities domain expertise: Strong understanding of electricity, water, or gas utility processes.
Business analysis skills: Proven ability to gather requirements, create BRDs, and map processes. Functional consulting experience: Hands-on experience in ERP/CRM or utility-specific applications.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with global stakeholders.
Analytical mindset: Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive implementation. Experience level: Minimum 6 years in utilities consulting or business analysis roles.
