User Interface Engineer II

As an engineer at Flipkart, you will play a crucial role in building a new World-Class digital Infrastructure for Ads. You will actively participate in breeding a culture of self-drive with merit-based opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build responsive, scalable, and performant web and mobile applications. - Develop features across multiple subsystems within applications, including requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Provide engineering support during the building, deploying, configuring, and supporting systems. - Demonstrate solutions through documentation, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. - Actively participate in design and code reviews to ensure robust applications and prototypes. - Collaborate closely with designers to implement versatile front-end solutions while embracing emerging standards. - Interact with team members to collaborate on innovations with teams across Flipkart. - Mentor other team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in Javascript, Node Js, HTML, and CSS. - Knowledge of React, React Native, and Redux frameworks is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to map requirements effectively to sustainable solutions. - Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and strong debugging and analytical reasoning skills. - Willingness to explore newer technologies to streamline the development process. - Drive a culture of high code quality within engineering teams. - Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to implement front-end solutions. - Drive technical initiatives across teams. - Solve problems independently with maximum ownership of the projects.
