In the new World-Class digital Infrastructure for Ads team, you will be responsible for building a very usable, lightweight, cross-platform, effective, and performant UI ecosystem using technologies like React, Redux, and Webpack. Code quality is highly emphasized with strict linting practices in place. Your key responsibilities include: - Building responsive, scalable, and performant web and mobile applications. - Developing features across multiple subsystems, from requirements definition to deployment. - Providing engineering support for building, deploying, configuring, and supporting systems. - Demonstrating solutions through documentation, diagrams, clear code, and code comments. - Actively participating in design and code reviews to ensure robust applications and prototypes. - Collaborating with designers to implement versatile front-end solutions and embracing emerging standards. - Mentoring other team members and fostering a culture of high code quality. To excel in this role, you should have: - Deep expertise in Javascript, Node Js, HTML, and CSS. - Knowledge of React, React Native, and Redux frameworks is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to map requirements to sustainable solutions. - Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and excellent debugging skills. - Willingness to explore new technologies to streamline the development process. - Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, and highly performant code for UI components. - Collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to implement front-end solutions. - Drive technical initiatives across teams and solve problems independently with project ownership.
