Job Description

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will need to leverage your 4+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Your role will involve utilizing various research methods such as Contextual Enquiry, Dairy Studies, Thematic Analysis, Co-design, Storyboards, Wizard of Oz Testing, Ethnography, Focus Groups, and more to gather valuable insights. Your responsibilities will include writing reports and internal communications based on your research findings. Your excellent communication and analytical skills will be crucial in effectively conveying research results to internal stakeholders. You must have a proven ability to work independently while also collaborating with a cross-functional team to drive impactful outcomes. Experience with agile process and delivery models is essential for this role. Your rigorous approach to documentation and organization will ensure that research findings are well-documented and easily accessible to the team. Proficiency in tools such as Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, and Maze will be beneficial. Candidates with SaaS experience will be given preference, and being a versatile thinker comfortable working with ambiguity will be an added advantage. This role specifically requires expertise in UX Research, and candidates with only UX Design experience will not be considered.
