User Experience Lead

You are a UX Design Lead at Onething, a digital experience design studio that partners with innovative brands to create intuitive, human-first experiences. Your role involves guiding projects from idea to impact, setting direction, driving design quality, and ensuring thoughtful and effortless experiences. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading UX strategy and design for digital products across web and mobile. - Taking ownership of the entire design process from research and information architecture to prototypes and usability testing. - Working with product and business teams to create clear, usable experiences. - Maintaining design quality and consistency while exploring new ideas. - Mentoring designers through feedback and collaboration. - Presenting design work clearly and confidently to teams and stakeholders. - Contributing to improving design systems and ways of working. Qualifications required: - 5 years of experience in UX design, including leading projects and teams. - A portfolio demonstrating clear design thinking and problem-solving. - Strong understanding of user research methods and translating insights into design decisions. - Good visual judgment, knowledge of usability, and interaction patterns. - Confident communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
