Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility and design intent. You will engage in discussions to refine user experience strategies and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation while addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to enhance team collaboration and creativity.- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design principles.- Strong understanding of user experience methodologies and best practices.- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.- This position is based in Chennai.- A 15 years full time education is required.
