Description We are seeking a User Experience Design Specialist with a focus on Cloud ERP solutions. This role involves designing intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance the usability of our cloud-based ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across the Cloud ERP platform. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design for Cloud ERP applications. Skills and Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, preferably in Cloud ERP solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Ability to create low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
