Job Description

Campus Planning:
Developcomprehensive master plansthat incorporatedata centre design, architectureandinfrastructure, ensuringsustainability, functionality,andaestheticappeal.
Having good understanding and authority overstatutory normsandbuilding codes.
Coordinatewithreal estate teamand various stakeholders andmanage project timelinesandbudgets.
Design Development:
Collaboratewithstatutory architects, engineers,andlandscape architectstodevelop design concepts, refine plans,and ensurecompliancewithregulationsandstandards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and build consensus.
Urban Design:
Applyurban design principlestocreate vibrantandsustainable design,incorporatinggreen spaces, vehicular movement systemsandamenities
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuremaster plans complywithlocal/state regulations, zoning ordinances andenvironmental standards.
Sustainability:
Incorporatesustainable design principles,energy-efficient systems,andgreen technologiesto minimize environmental impact

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors in architecture(BARCH) or Bachelor ofCivil Engineering
Should have 10 to 15 years of experience inmaster planning, urban designandarchitecturewith a focus onlarge-scale Data centre projects .
Preferred Proficiency inAutodesk, Revit, SketchUp.
Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Skill at managing multiple stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
Willingness to travel (as and when required)
