Job Description

Required Experience 11-13 years of experience 5+ years of experience in UX design, with exposure to design systems and emerging technologies. Strong experience designing and shipping impactful experiences inclusive of design, strategy, and systems. Eye for visual design and attention to detail. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices. Highly proficient in current UI design tools (Figma preferred). Demonstrat able experience leveraging and evolving design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in enhancing user experiences. Experience with accessibility, responsive design, and atomic design. Bachelors degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required . Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions . Experience and interest with generative AI technologies a plus. Familiarity with dynamic theming and design tokens a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and systems thinking.
