This position will craft exceptional user experiences and help drive the evolution of visual language standards and guidelines across a multi-brand enterprise design system. Leveraging their knowledge of user-centric best practices and UI skillset, they will help the team to build a scalable system with dynamic theming to meet the needs across product lines, services, and brands. This role will help to maintain and evolve current libraries and enable new branding and themes. You will help the team explore, experiment and produce usable artifacts with a focus on using generative AI. Artifacts will include illustration, photography and iconography.

Help to drive the evolution and visual language standards across a multi-brand enterprise design system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across various platforms, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Investigate and propose ways to incorporate AI technologies to enhance user interactions, aiming to personalize and optimize the user journey.

Explore generative AI technologies to create on-brand, asset libraries for illustration, photography, and iconography that meets design system specifications.

Champion a data-drive, user- centered research and design approach to inform design decisions and validate solutions.

Design and define patterns through components, documentation, and prototypes.

Ensure patterns meet standards and guidelines for accessibility.

Help in creating documentation and training materials for design system adoption.

Collaborate to test components and patterns as needed to ensure usability and consistency.

Required Experience

11-13 years of experience

5+ years of experience in UX design, with exposure to design systems and emerging technologies.

Strong experience designing and shipping impactful experiences inclusive of design, strategy, and systems.

Eye for visual design and attention to detail.

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

Highly proficient in current UI design tools (Figma preferred).

Demonstratable experience leveraging and evolving design systems and component libraries.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in enhancing user experiences.

Experience with accessibility, responsive design, and atomic design.

Bachelordegree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required .

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions .

Experience and interest with generative AI technologies a plus.

Familiarity with dynamic theming and design tokens a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and systems thinking.

Required Education

Bacheloror Masters degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required

Location Hours of Work

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate

Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
