Building strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups is key. Your responsibilities will include staying informed about the current inventory, maintaining vehicle displays, and managing online listings. Negotiating prices and trade-in values to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes is essential. Completing all necessary sales documentation, collaborating with the finance department on financing options, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets are part of the role.
