Handle inbound PPC calls for US-based cruise booking inquiries.
Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable cruise packages.

Stay updated on cruise lines, itineraries, seasonal offers, and policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
