About the Role

We are looking for experienced Travel Sales Executives with a strong background in the U.S. Travel Sales Process. The role involves handling international customers for Flight Sales, Hotel Bookings, and Car Rentals through inbound/outbound calls. Candidates with expertise in PPC & Meta platforms and proficiency in GDS/Amadeus are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight, hotel, and car rental bookings.

Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Work on PPC/Meta leads and ensure maximum conversion.

Use GDS/Amadeus tools to provide fare quotes, itineraries, re-bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and seamless travel solutions.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. Travel Sales (Flights/Hotels/Car Rentals).
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) / MADS. Excellent communication & convincing skills. Ability to work in a night shift environment. Candidates from Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida preferred.
