Job Title: US Travel Customer Service Voice ProcessLocation: NoidaWe are hiring US Travel Customer Service Executives (Voice Process) with strong experience in handling international travel customers. The role requires supporting US-based clients with reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and travel-related queries while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US travel customersAssist with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refundsDeliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries efficientlyMaintain customer satisfaction and adhere to process standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in US Travel Customer Service (Voice Process)Excellent English communication skillsKnowledge of GDS/Amadeus preferredAbility to work in fast-paced travel process environment
