The role requires supporting US-based clients with reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and travel-related queries while ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for US travel customers Assist with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries efficiently Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to process standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Travel Customer Service (Voice Process) Excellent English communication skills Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus preferred Ability to work in fast-paced travel process environment Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to 45,000 CTC 5 days working Full-time, Permanent role
