US Tax Manager

As a US Tax Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting for annuity products. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring a team of associates, ensuring IRS compliance such as 1099-R filings, driving process improvements, and providing support during audits. To excel in this role, you should possess 710 years of experience in tax reporting or financial operations, preferably in the insurance or annuity sector. A strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations, proven leadership skills in a regulated environment, and CPA certification are highly desirable. Proficiency in Excel and tax systems is also a requirement for this position.
