LMES Academy is an EduTech startup based in Chennai focused on simplifying science and promoting conceptual learning among students. Our vision is to create a natural passion for science and encourage careers in science and technology driven by innovation. We currently organize science workshops for school students under the name 'Big Bang' and have plans for expansion this year.



Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing online support and addressing customer service needs. The role also involves offering technical support and maintaining high levels of customer service excellence.



Qualifications


Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills

Online Support and Technical Support skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
