Salary & Benefits:
Supervisor: 45,000 50,000 (+ Team Incentives)
Team Leader: Up to 60,000 (+ Team Incentives)
Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance + Complimentary Food
(Final salary depends on skills & experience)
Shift & Working Days:
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift, Fixed)
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Offs)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor / Team Leader in International Sales (US Process)
Strong knowledge of Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA, KRAs, KPIs
Strong background in hardcore international sales & team handling
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
