Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Sales Specialist located in Prayagraj. The US Sales Specialist will engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to meet those needs. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, delivering customer training and product demonstrations, building strong relationships, and contributing to sales targets. The role involves frequent communication with customers and coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Sales and Sales Management experience to manage leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
• Training skills to educate customers on products and enhance user understanding
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
