Job Description:

We are looking for a US Sales Expert fluent in English and Spanish to handle B2C travel sales for the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in international flight or travel sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work comfortably in rotational shifts. Location: Noida & Lucknow (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US and Latin American markets.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to convert travel leads into confirmed bookings.
• Promote and sell flight, hotel, and holiday packages to direct customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality post-sales support.
• Work collaboratively with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in international sales (preferably US travel process).
• Excellent fluency in English and Spanish (spoken & written).
• Proven track record of sales target achievement.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (US time zone).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or GDS systems preferred.
