US Sales Caller(Immediate Joiners)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Sales Caller to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and a proven track record in sales. This role involves reaching out to healthcare providers to promote our medical billing services, build relationships, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare billing landscape. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to healthcare providers, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals, to promote our medical billing services. Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts. Present and explain the benefits of our medical billing solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to understand their billing needs and challenges. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to convert prospects into clients. Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting medical billing. Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in tele-sales or telemarketing within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA). Ability to work in shifts according to US time zones. Bilingual candidates (English and another language) are a plus. Location - Chinnavedampatti(Coimbatore) Shift timing : 6:30 PM - 3:30PM Immediate Joiners are preferred
