The job roles available, along with the corresponding years of experience and salary, are as follows: - Sr Analyst (6LPA): 4-7 years of experience in US Mortgage - Loan Origination. - Team Lead (10LPA Including Variables): 6-12 years of experience, with at least 1 year as Team Lead or Assistant Manager on paper. - Assistant Manager (20LPA including Variables): 8-14 years of experience, with at least 2 years as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager on paper. - Senior Manager (30LPA including Variables): 10-20 years of experience, with at least 3 years as Manager or Senior Manager on paper. The notice period for this position ranges from immediate to a maximum of 30 days. Candidates with a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification are eligible to apply. The work shift is in the US Shift, and it is required to be flexible to work from the office all 5 days.
