• Education

  ITI Machinist/Machinist Grinder/Turner / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience

  Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

• Shifts –

  rotational shift duties

• Skills –

  Milling, Turning, VMC Operator, Grinding(preferred)
• Transport available from Thane station.
• It will be on a third-party roll.

Preferred candidate profile

Functional Competencies:

• Hands on experience in Production floor & Program proving
• Hands on experience on

  Turn Mill & Swiss Type Sliding Head

  Machines like

  Tsugami, Tornos & Citizen ,

  will be preferred
• Problem solve & make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times & efficiency of setups.
• Hands on experience in programming

  for Swiss Type Sliding Head

  machines.
• Good in trouble shooting
• Good Knowledge & understanding of Machine Utilization & OEE
• Selection of cutting tools, their life & supplier selection
• Good in drawing reading & GD& T
