US Logistics Specialist/Freight Agent

About the Role

Liberty Logistics is seeking motivated Freight Brokers to join our team on the night shift.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience looking to kickstart their career in logistics. As a Freight Broker, you will play a vital role in coordinating freight movement, building strong client and carrier relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will manage client accounts, source and onboard reliable trucking partners, and negotiate competitive rates. You’ll coordinate shipments from pick-up to delivery, track freight status, and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, you will actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn. Accurate documentation and clear communication with customers are key aspects of your role.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree in any discipline, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Office. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and customer-focused, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Freshers are welcome, and prior experience in logistics or sales is a plus but not mandatory. Night shift availability is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,772.61 - ₹28,582.87 per month
