US Logistics Dispatcher

As a US Dispatcher at LMDmax in Jaipur, Rajasthan, your role involves supporting a blended process of voice calls, chat assistance, and email communication for last-mile delivery operations. You will be responsible for managing live dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination with US-based customers. Some key responsibilities include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls to coordinate with drivers and address client concerns - Responding promptly to queries via chat and email platforms - Monitoring active deliveries and dispatch schedules in real-time - Troubleshooting delivery issues and providing real-time support - Maintaining accurate logs of communication and delivery activities - Following standard operating procedures for escalation and reporting - Collaborating with US-based and local support teams - Providing timely updates to stakeholders and upholding high-quality service standards To excel in this role, you should have: - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in web-based tools, email platforms, and basic Excel - Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail - Prior experience in a US logistics/BPO/dispatch environment is preferred - Willingness to work night shifts and weekends on a rotational basis Minimum qualifications include a graduate degree in any stream and 1-3 years of experience in customer support or dispatch.
